What you'll do

• Provide first-level technical support for laboratory applications and infrastructure
• administer user accounts
• coordinate system onboarding and offboarding
• install, upgrade, patch, and configure laboratory software and instrument interfaces
• troubleshoot systems involving HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments
• support audit trails, data archiving, backups, and recovery
• administer Windows workstations, Active Directory, and SCCM
• troubleshoot network issues
• coordinate maintenance and vendor support
• and maintain SOPs and technical documentation in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory procedures.
