The Community Support Specialist (Veteran Focused) is an onsite role based in Decatur, IL. Compensation is $18.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on education and experience. This role supports the mission of Heritage Behavioral Health Center to improve mental health and substance use care. This role exists to provide individualized, community-based behavioral health services to adults, with a specialized focus on Veterans. The specialist works in homes and community settings to enhance independent functioning, promote recovery, and help Veterans navigate VA and community systems.
