Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

What you'll do

• Own annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans
• maintain driver-based revenue, margin, EBITDA, and cash flow forecasts
• lead performance reviews and variance analysis
• validate assumptions with business unit leaders and Project Control
• prepare executive and board reporting
• standardize planning templates, tools, dashboards, and reporting
• lead FP&A processes and develop team capabilities
• partner with the Controller, Project Control, Contracts, Pricing, and Operations.
