Industrial Maintenance Technician II — Weekend Shift

The Industrial Maintenance Technician II works onsite in Riverside, MO, on a Thursday–Sunday schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Pay is $24–$27 per hour, with stated 50-cent-per-hour increases at 90 days, one year, and annually thereafter for up to five years. PLA is a supply-chain solutions provider with pallet management, logistics, freight brokerage, and pallet manufacturing and recycling operations. The technician performs facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to support safe, reliable operations and production uptime. Working with guidance from a Maintenance III Technician and Plant Manager, the role handles routine technical work and supports more complex tasks while developing additional maintenance skills.

What you'll do

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• execute preventive maintenance schedules
• perform mechanical and electrical repairs
• process preventive maintenance tasks and maintain logs
• troubleshoot equipment using basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
• work with 24V DC, 120V AC, and 240V AC wiring and simple schematics
• support complex tasks alongside senior maintenance staff
• follow safety requirements and use required PPE. The role may require occasional overtime or on-call support based on facility needs.
