Machine Operator — Roll Forming

The Machine Operator role is onsite in West Fargo, ND, on the day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Starting pay is $25+ per hour, depending on experience. Midland Garage Door manufactures garage door products and describes itself as a growing company in the garage door industry. The operator sets up and adjusts roll-forming equipment to produce steel garage door skins to customer specifications. The role monitors production, checks product quality, performs routine machine care, and records production information to support safe and efficient manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Set up and adjust the roll-form machine for production runs
• monitor material feed and production flow
• inspect and measure finished products and adjust machine settings to address defects
• inspect equipment and perform daily preventive maintenance
• load finished product onto racks
• operate a forklift occasionally
• track production data and follow safety protocols.
