What you'll do
- Coordinate the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team’s MDS/RAI process
- observe nursing care, review documentation, recommend improvements, and assist with chart audits
- provide clinical support and direction to resource materials
- ensure required MDS documents are available and completed on time
- participate in daily PPS, weekly Medicare, and month-end meetings
- assist with Resident Assessment Instrument completion in accordance with regulations.
