Senior Director of Business Development

The Senior Director of Business Development role is onsite in Tampa, FL; compensation is not specified. This is a six-month temporary assignment supporting AMIkids’ mission and growth in youth workforce, education, and employment services. The director identifies and develops government-funded workforce opportunities, partnerships, and proposals. The role coordinates across operational and organizational teams to pursue viable programs and expand services for youth and young adults.

What you'll do

• Develop a business development strategy aligned with AMIkids’ mission
• identify and cultivate agency, workforce board, education, employer, and community relationships
• research opportunities in workforce development and youth services
• build Job Corps and workforce partnerships
• assess program and geographic expansion opportunities
• evaluate RFPs and RFIs
• coordinate proposals and business plans
• assist with partnership agreements
• manage opportunity pipelines and report status
• represent AMIkids at events
• conduct market research
• prepare leadership presentations
• support employer engagement
• monitor policy and regulatory developments
• travel as required.
