What you'll do

• Operate telecommunications or radio equipment for operator or dispatch services
• serve as a PBX or Centrex attendant
• train attendants and perform lead-worker functions as applicable
• prepare attendant work schedules when serving as shift supervisor
• operate radio or teletype equipment
• receive and transmit routine and emergency traffic
• dispatch law enforcement, public safety, or other personnel and equipment in response to service requirements.
