Sector Operations Leader — Mission Critical, Hybrid

The leader coordinates operational strategy across the sector, improving project execution, resource integration, and financial performance. The role supports consistent quality and accountability across the national portfolio while aligning sector work with firmwide goals.

What you'll do

• Improve operational workflows, resource planning, and project execution
• partner with project managers on work plans, budgets, scope, schedules, and fees
• support design-process and quality-control milestones
• lead weekly staffing and operations meetings
• monitor project financial health
• assist with proposals and risk review
• coordinate with legal, finance, and HR
• support recruitment and development
• represent the firm on selected projects as needed.
