What you'll do

• Meet with students at least twice per week
• monitor attendance, grades, behavior, discipline, academic engagement, and progress
• help students set goals and develop improvement strategies
• identify barriers to attendance, achievement, behavior, or school connectedness
• collaborate with families, teachers, counselors, administrators, and special education staff
• document contacts, interventions, progress, and outcomes
• connect students and families with school and community resources.
