What you'll do

• Support business cases for acquisitions, renewals, relocations, consolidations, and exits
• partner with transaction teams and external brokers on leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions
• align transactions with portfolio and financial goals
• develop portfolio strategies aligned with corporate objectives, workforce plans, and growth forecasts
• evaluate performance using financial, utilization, and market data
• analyze occupancy and lifecycle costs
• identify opportunities to optimize footprint, reduce cost, and improve asset performance.
