What you'll do

• Lead hospital-wide quality and performance improvement activities
• integrate program activities for medical and hospital-wide staff
• manage data and reporting for initiatives
• oversee the Quality/Performance Improvement department and staff
• support patient safety, accreditation, survey readiness, and regulatory liaison responsibilities
• comply with applicable HIPAA policies and procedures.
