What you'll do

• Manage multiple technicians and team schedules
• build customer relationships and support B2B sales
• explain ADAS calibration specifications and repairs to collision customers
• manage vans and diagnostic equipment
• perform static and dynamic calibrations and pre- and post-scans
• troubleshoot calibration repairs
• test-drive vehicles after repairs
• complete training and certifications
• maintain organized work areas and equipment.
