Industrial Carpenter

Job overview

The Industrial Carpenter role is onsite in the High Point, NC area, paying $18–$20 per hour. The carpenter supports a client’s manufacturing operations by building components for HVAC housing units used in projects such as hospitals and universities. The role constructs large-scale wooden frames and components to required structural and quality standards. It contributes to production by preparing materials, interpreting measurements and blueprints, and safely using power tools in a team environment.

What you'll do

• Install architectural doors, walls, and trim
• handle and prepare building materials
• read tape measurements and interpret blueprints
• assemble and erect large wooden frames
• operate standard power tools
• follow safety rules
• collaborate with production teammates
• ensure builds meet structural and quality standards.
