What you'll do

• Monitor classroom activities and maintain a safe, healthy, organized environment
• follow confidentiality and professional-boundary policies
• model appropriate behavior and support children’s individual needs
• prepare meals and snacks and maintain food and classroom areas
• follow Head Start, licensing, and CACFP requirements
• maintain records and report suspected abuse or neglect
• communicate and collaborate with families, staff, service providers, and community partners
• participate in professional development.
