What you'll do

• Own internal control assessment methodology aligned with OMB Circular A-123, FMFIA, and the GAO Green Book
• direct design and effectiveness testing procedures
• define evidence standards
• support external audits
• validate corrective action plans and closure evidence
• lead root-cause analysis and fraud risk assessments
• review working papers and annual Statement of Assurance materials
• mentor controls testers and RMIC analysts.
