What you'll do

• Develop and update cost plans and estimates
• estimate and negotiate change orders
• review contractor and subcontractor pricing
• manage cost checks, valuations, contingency and commitments
• prepare cost reports and funding presentations
• coordinate cost information with clients, contractors, suppliers, and design teams
• support value engineering and change control
• negotiate final accounts
• mentor team members.
