Parts Consultant

The Parts Consultant role is an onsite position located in Ray, MI, with a pay rate of $15 to $20 per hour. This role supports the service and sales team at Outdoor Equipment Co. (OECo). The role exists to assist customers and the service team by identifying, ordering, and organizing parts. The consultant contributes to the company's mission by ensuring equipment is kept in the field and working through efficient parts sourcing and inventory management.

What you'll do

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts lookup and ordering.
• Use manufacturer diagrams and systems to identify correct parts.
• Support the Service Department by sourcing parts for repair orders.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory shipments.
• Track backorders and communicate updates.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and participate in cycle counts.
• Keep the parts area clean, organized, and efficient.
• Build relationships with commercial and residential customers.
