Job overview

The Project Manager is a hybrid-eligible position based in Loveland, CO, with compensation of $70,000–$85,000 per year. Pinnacle Consulting Group provides Title 32 District Management Services to public and private sector clients across Colorado and Utah. The role is part of the Capital Infrastructure and Facilities Management Department. The project manager coordinates planning, budgeting, administration, and delivery of public infrastructure improvements. The role supports community projects by managing bidding and contracts, tracking budgets and payments, monitoring progress, maintaining project records, and coordinating with public boards and project partners.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate public bidding and administer construction contracts and consultant agreements
  • track project budgets and payments
  • prepare budget updates and reports
  • coordinate with developers, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
  • monitor project progress and construction activities
  • support issue resolution, closeout, warranties, and asset transfers
  • prepare board materials and project documentation
  • attend board meetings and follow up on action items.
