What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and year-round landscape crew laborers
• source, screen, interview, and hire candidates
• coordinate staffing timelines
• maintain hiring and onboarding records
• conduct onboarding and orientation
• travel between job sites to train employees on standards, productivity, and safety
• support supervisors and foremen
• respond to crew employment questions
• assist with employee concerns and retention
• track recruiting, retention, training, and safety metrics.
