The Outside Plant (OSP) Project Manager – Telecom role is onsite in Glendale Heights, IL. Pay is $80,000–$110,000 per year, plus a company vehicle, gas card, and potential bonus. Allied Universal Technology Services integrates security technology with physical security to help protect people and property. The project manager plans and controls outside plant fiber-optic and telecommunications installation projects. The role coordinates resources, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and engineering activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.

What you'll do

• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and customers
• allocate resources and manage schedules and budgets
• maintain project P&L and support invoicing and collections
• implement scope, pricing, and installation-plan changes
• coordinate engineering, installation, subcontracting, and other trades
• supervise installation labor
• maintain project records
• troubleshoot issues
• assist with aerial and underground fiber system design and bills of materials.
