Lead Software Engineer

The role translates stakeholder needs into deployable features and builds reliable, maintainable software and data workflows for operational use.

What you'll do

• Translate stakeholder requirements into system features and components
• develop user-facing features and backend architectures
• build, maintain, and test messaging systems and distributed processing pipelines
• optimize data ingestion, transformation, storage, and retrieval
• improve distributed-system workflows and test reliability and performance
• collaborate across programs and with project leads and customers.
