Senior Project Manager / Estimator — Electrical Construction

What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and prepare cost estimates
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• develop pricing and bid proposals
• manage electrical construction projects
• develop schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and staffing requirements
• track costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
• coordinate with owners, engineers, contractors, inspectors, and field supervisors
• monitor project performance and forecast profitability.
