What you'll do

• Maintain the ERP database with new and updated product attributes
• verify and correct item data
• support integrations and cross-functional communication
• coordinate requests with Hong Kong merchandise and engineering teams
• run reports to resolve errors
• manage weekly costing updates
• address pricing discrepancies
• guide teams on UPCs, item dash-codes, and status updates
• assist with product audits.
