What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
• explain floor plans, pricing, availability, and amenities
• build relationships with prospects and residents
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• process applications in compliance with company policies and fair housing laws
• support outreach, resident retention, and community events.

Why this role

Part-time schedule, Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. One or more years of leasing experience required; market-rate multifamily experience and RealPage, Yardi, or similar systems are preferred.
