Caregiver / Field Supervisor

What you'll do

• Provide in-home personal and routine care according to care plans
• support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, bed-bound care, and other complex needs
• travel across listed counties for client coverage
• conduct field visits
• guide caregivers
• document visits and care
• assist with community marketing events and senior outreach during downtime
• communicate client updates to office staff.
