What you'll do

• Sell and lease new and used vehicles
• greet customers and help identify suitable vehicles
• explain vehicle features and optional equipment
• offer test drives
• complete sales orders and required paperwork
• maintain prospect and customer follow-up systems
• prepare sold vehicles for delivery and explain operating features, warranties, and documents
• coordinate handoffs to finance and service
• follow up on post-delivery items.
