What you'll do

• Assist clients with housing searches, unit viewings, landlord advocacy, and paperwork
• provide tenancy support and home visits
• research housing options and develop landlord relationships
• provide lease negotiation and direct case management
• screen veteran eligibility and facilitate intake
• mediate post-placement conflicts
• maintain client databases, referrals, and HMIS data
• attend team meetings and trainings.
