What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• inspect fire alarms, emergency lighting, elevators, and generators
• maintain records and work orders
• coordinate with departments and contractors
• complete general repairs and assist with renovations and equipment upgrades.

Why this role

At least one year of general building maintenance or equivalent trade experience is required; vocational school certification is preferred. The role requires solid repair experience with mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment and general carpentry skills.
