What you'll do

• Manage daily operations of an assigned nursing unit
• supervise, coach, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
• collaborate on care plans
• conduct clinical rounds and address resident and family concerns
• maintain accurate documentation
• assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and care plan meetings
• promote regulatory and facility-policy compliance
• support infection prevention, quality improvement, and survey readiness.
