The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis is an onsite role based in Boise, ID, with a salary range of $232,455 to $392,618 per year. This executive position reports to the EVP & CFO and collaborates with global leadership to optimize financial performance. The role exists to set the strategic vision for the FP&A organization and drive value-creating business decisions. By providing insightful financial analysis, modeling, and communication, the VP ensures the company meets its financial targets and strategic goals.

What you'll do

• Lead financial planning and analysis including annual business plans creation, forecasting, reporting and analysis of revenue.
• Evaluate company portfolios and develop strategies to maximize enterprise value.
• Responsible for development and tracking of company-wide critical metrics.
• Partner with Business Unit, Supply Chain and Sales leaders to identify and present strategic initiatives.
• Serve as management liaison to the Finance Committee and communicate financial matters to the board.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience

15+ years in Finance, Accounting, or related fields in high-volume manufacturing; 10+ years of leadership experience
