Communication Specialist II

What you'll do

• Develop agendas, presentations, talking points, and logistics notes
• coordinate leadership meetings and enterprise events
• track timelines and deliverables
• ensure consistent strategy and key messages
• coordinate with event services, IT/AV, security, and other partners
• maintain planning tools and content repositories
• assist with budget tracking, invoices, and expense reconciliation
• research background materials
• support testing and rollout of AI-enabled tools.
