What you'll do

• Provide end-user help desk support
• manage support tickets through resolution
• troubleshoot Windows 11 and Office 365/Teams
• perform basic network fault isolation
• support remote users
• apply patches
• assist with cybersecurity posture
• follow DISA STIGs, system-hardening standards, and DoD cyber documentation requirements.
