What you'll do

• Provide technical support for waste characterization
• develop sampling plans and interpret analytical results for radiological, hazardous, and Department of Transportation classifications
• assist with shipments to treatment, storage, and disposal facilities
• write work instructions
• identify waste streams for segregation
• verify waste packages meet acceptance criteria and contain no prohibited items.
