The Press Brake & Folding Beam Operator role is onsite in Kansas City, MO. Compensation is $23–$31 per hour. The position produces formed metal parts for AES Manufacturing. The operator sets up and runs press brake and folding beam equipment, using drawings, tooling, measurements, and quality checks to produce accurate parts. The work supports production flow by identifying defects, maintaining equipment and work areas, and communicating production issues to partner teams.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC press brakes and folding beam or panel bending equipment
• read engineering drawings, work orders, and fabrication prints
• select tooling, dies, programs, and machine settings
• verify material and plan bend sequences
• make approved adjustments
• measure and inspect finished parts
• identify and correct setup or process issues
• perform routine machine and tooling care
• track production and communicate problems
• coordinate with laser, fabrication, welding, assembly, quality, and engineering teams.
