What you'll do

• Oversee specimen processing, logistics, and quality assurance
• maintain specimen quality and timely processing
• schedule employees and monitor performance
• maintain inventory and order supplies
• support phlebotomy operations as needed
• serve as the supervisory resource on a rotating weekend on-call schedule
• ensure regulatory compliance
• monitor testing turnaround times and specimen issues
• communicate with clients and internal teams
• coach staff and support operational projects.
