What you'll do

• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and/or family therapy
• address mental health and adjustment concerns
• collaborate with clinicians, physicians, nursing staff, social workers, and rehabilitation teams
• document care
• provide crisis intervention and behavioral strategies
• educate staff and families
• follow HIPAA and ethical standards.
