The Coach, Crossfit provides an excellent coaching experience to our members in a manner that is consistent with the core values of Meshugge CrossFit and The J. Schedule: Part-time, 1-2 classes/day for 1 or more days a week. Meshugge Crossfit classes are currently offered M-F at 6 different times between 5:15am-5:30pm and Sat/Sun mornings.
