Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

The engineer develops and coordinates quality systems, testing, inspection, and corrective actions across plants and suppliers. The work helps improve product conformity, measurement consistency, customer feedback resolution, and quality performance.

What you'll do

• Plan and administer quality assurance and control systems
• analyze testing and inspection procedures
• conduct capability studies and internal audits
• participate in project teams and customer or third-party audits
• establish quality metrics
• develop testing and inspection methods
• evaluate finished and purchased products and raw materials
• conduct supplier inspections and audits
• use root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action tools
• manage customer feedback follow-up
• train personnel as needed. Travel is 10–20% domestic and 5–10% international.

Why this role

Requires a technical bachelor's degree and at least five years of hands-on quality assurance and/or manufacturing experience. ASQ Quality Engineering Certification is desired but not required. Schedule is standard office hours with flextime; infrequent work outside normal hours may be needed.
