Lead Insulation Technician

The role also helps establish the new service line by supervising and mentoring an apprentice, maintaining equipment, and completing projects to schedule.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise one apprentice
• install blown-in attic insulation
• protect customer property and maintain safe job sites
• inspect attics for ventilation, air leaks, moisture, and other installation concerns
• operate and maintain insulation equipment and tools
• measure attic spaces and calculate material quantities
• train crew members
• communicate with homeowners
• perform quality checks
• inspect ductwork and recommend repairs or sealing as needed
• complete projects on schedule
• follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
• and maintain vehicles, equipment, and inventory.

Why this role

Requires 2+ years installing blown-in attic insulation, crew leadership experience, equipment experience, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Spray foam experience is preferred but not required. No scheduled weekends or on-call.
