Loyalty Concierge

The Loyalty Concierge works onsite at Streamsong Resort in Bowling Green, FL. Pay is $24 per hour. The role coordinates repeat-guest recognition and retention across resort teams. What you'll do

• Identify returning guests and review arrivals
• maintain guest profiles and preferences
• coordinate welcome amenities, notes, and approved rewards
• serve as the central contact for repeat-guest recognition
• communicate with guests before, during, and after stays
• recognize milestones
• coordinate with Reservations and Buddy Golf Coordinators
• manage approved recognition budgets
• follow up on feedback
• track expenses and repeat visitation
• support outreach and calls or bookings during busy periods.
