What you'll do

• Assess the quality, structure, and strategic fit of potential transactions
• guide Deal Scouts, analysts, and capital partners on deal readiness
• identify risks, gaps, and value levers
• review approved deals
• advise on deal presentation, documentation, and readiness
• support early-stage diligence and handoff
• maintain deal-quality standards. Activities are approval-based.
