What you'll do

• Review specifications, drawings, pre-bid meetings, and project sites to determine scope
• estimate labor, equipment, and materials
• prepare and submit bid proposals
• assist customers with design, planning, and pricing
• administer awarded contracts
• coordinate objectives, procedures, schedules, and performance requirements
• track quantities and work value
• support scheduling, procurement, change orders, subcontractor monitoring, and contract financial processes
• visit jobsites and pre-bid meetings.
