What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• take orders and enter them into the POS system
• maintain menu knowledge and make recommendations
• accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions
• serve food and beverages and prepare dishes as directed
• follow beverage recipes and presentation standards
• comply with liquor laws and verify age where required
• process checks and payments
• manage order timing and service delays
• clean and sterilize equipment and glassware
• respond to guest concerns
• maintain equipment and communicate with other departments.
