Senior Reactor Operator in Clinton, IL. This is an onsite, full-time position with a salary range of $159,000.00 to $182,000.00 per year. Constellation is a leading clean energy producer. The primary purpose of this position is to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor who holds a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License, supervising licensed activities in the control room and bargaining unit operators.

What you'll do

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom and on-the-job training and examination.
• Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma/GED

Experience

High school diploma/GED; 1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5 years at a noncomparable facility; or equivalent military reactor experience; or degree in engineering/physical sciences with relevant experience; or SRO Instructor certification with experience.
