What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives
• analyze and document order-to-cash and related business requirements
• translate needs into recommendations for SAP implementation teams and system integrators
• collaborate with SAP functional specialists including Finance (FICO)
• assess process impacts and required changes
• facilitate meetings and workshops
• liaise between business users and technical teams
• support planning, issue resolution, testing, and change management
• maintain project documentation, process flows, and status updates.
