What you'll do
- Supervise underground electrical and instrumentation maintenance, installation, and repair
- lead crews and contractors
- plan work assignments
- enforce mine safety, electrical codes, lockout/tagout, and safe-work practices
- oversee troubleshooting, repairs, commissioning, and testing of electrical distribution, controls, instrumentation, and related mine equipment
- coordinate with engineering and maintenance
- review drawings
- monitor work quality
- maintain records
- plan resources
- identify reliability improvements
- participate in root-cause analysis
- and coach personnel.
