What you'll do

• Provide customer service to support client retention
• perform account-management administration and data entry
• complete operational tasks accurately and on time
• support Insurance Advisors with onboarding, information collection, document generation, and claim reporting
• review coverage and recommend changes or markets as needed
• remarket accounts and obtain quotes
• maintain electronic files and confidentiality
• assist with billing inquiries
• check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
• generate reports
• manage workflow for transactions and renewals
• keep current on industry and product changes
• assist with training when asked.
