Procurement Technician

What you'll do

• Review sales contracts and specification sheets for material, charge, and scope accuracy
• resolve missing information and product errors with pre-site technicians and managers
• prepare product orders and purchase orders
• enter sales orders in Acumatica
• process work order changes
• track materials and resolve delivery issues with vendors
• maintain audit-ready job files
• handle return-to-vendor requests.
