What you'll do

• Greet guests warmly
• clean and service guest rooms
• make beds, change linens, and replace amenities
• clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and mop
• restock housekeeping carts
• report maintenance issues, room damage, or lost-and-found items
• respond to guest requests
• follow safety and sanitation procedures.
